Education, qualification:

Graduate of 2012, Faculty of Architecture of the St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU) workshop of Fyodor Viktorovich Perov.

In 2015 defended his Master of Architecture degree under the guidance of Vladimir Kuzmich Linov. While working on the project: “Horizontal skyscraper, principles of shape formation,” the project received high praise and many publications and diplomas at professional shows.

Member of the National Association of Designers and Surveyors NOPRIZ since 2021.

Work experience:

In parallel with his studies, from 2008 to 2013 worked at the Grand Terrier-Atrium Architectural Workshop LLC as an architect, in the workshop of his father Alexander Vasilyevich Melnichenko, a talented architect, author of the fountain complexes on Moskovskaya Square and Lenin Square in St. Petersburg.

From 2013 to 2018, worked as a leading architect at ZAO Gorproekt in the St. Petersburg office as part of a team of authors under the leadership of the chief architect of the institute, Philip Valerievich Nikandrov. Thanks to this experience, I was able to take part in work on landmark projects being implemented in Moscow, such as: Evolution Tower, Victory Park transport hub, multifunctional complex on Mosfilmovskaya.

From 2018 to 2021, worked under the leadership of Alexander Sergeevich Rogulin at "Severnaya Stolitsa" LLC, on projects of educational, residential and public buildings. Led projects from the concept stage to the design and working documentation stages, including field supervision. It is especially worth noting the mid-rise housing project for young families in St. Petersburg in the village of Pargolovo, which was implemented and awarded a silver diploma from the international award “EURASIAN PRIZE 2019/2020”.

Since 2022, chief project architect at ISP LLC, since 2023, head of the architectural concepts department. Work on public and residential buildings, including interior spaces, from the concept stage to maintaining control over related departments in the further implementation of the plan.

In 2012, the website of his own creative workshop am-architect.ru was created, which recorded modest personal achievements: student works, architectural competitions, conceptual projects. The creation of the site led to the start of independent practice, a number of successful competitions, perseverance and consistency - led to the emergence of real orders in the field of interiors and country houses, later came large urban planning projects of public and residential buildings with the preparation of concepts for the Architectural and urban appearance and stage of the Project, completed both for private customers and in B to B format. All works published on this site are the copyright property, the projects are united by stylistic unity and creative style, each project is the pride of the workshop and the result of the work of a bright and talented team of authors.

The motto in the creative approach is the thought expressed by the poet Joseph Brodsky “Aesthetics is the mother of ethics.” A building that is not beautiful and not proportional cannot be functional; everything that is beautiful works well. Our projects are beautiful and functional; these are inseparable qualities, regardless of the project budget.
