The project is based on the chosen concept of the stage of schematic design. Includes all the necessary plans, sections, facades with overall dimensions, explications and statements, indicating the types of roofs and walls.
Regular visits of the authors of the project to the construction site for consultations between builders and contractors. Selection of finishing materials for decoration and facades. If necessary, make adjustments to the documentation.
Detailed documentation with all units, instructions, types of structures, areas and volumes of finishing - necessary for construction.
