Project Support & Design Oversight
Architectural Concept Support (for AM-ARCHITECT-developed concepts subcontracted to third parties):

• Consultant Coordination: Overseeing third-party consultants during the development of permit documentation (Stage P, compliant with Russian Government Decree No. 87) to ensure successful State Expertise approval.
• Facade Detailing: Developing detailed architectural facade solutions and preparing technical specifications for facade system engineers (KMD drawings).
• Design Integrity Assurance: Proactive involvement in resolving design issues to ensure maximum compliance of all permit and construction documentation with the approved Architectural Concept.
• Concept Adjustments: Timely revisions to the initial Architectural Concept when objective technical and economic factors necessitate changes.

On-Site Design Oversight (Author Supervision) for Building & Interior Implementation:

• This service ensures that all construction and installation works performed on site strictly comply with the Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation. Applicable for both buildings/structures and public/residential interiors.
• Design oversight is essential for the high-quality realization of any project, regardless of its scale.
