We believe that a strong conceptual vision and artistic boldness must be balanced with absolute precision. AM-ARCHITECT is a boutique architectural bureau. We intentionally avoid assembly-line design, focusing instead on creating exclusive, bespoke solutions.

Our 14 years of experience allow us to successfully handle projects of all scales: from urban master plans and residential developments to premium private residences and high-end interiors. Our core specialization covers "Architectural Solutions" (AR), "Master Planning" (GP), and "Interior Design" (AI) at all stages: from initial sketches to detailed construction documentation.

A key strength of our bureau is the turnkey development and approval of building permit packages — AGR (for Moscow) and AGO (for St. Petersburg and regions). We manage the entire preparation process in strict compliance with urban planning committees, including the creation of virtual spatial models (VPM, NPM) and information models in IFC format.
