AGR and AGO Architectural Documentation

Urban Design Approval is a mandatory stage preceding the development of construction documentation and the issuance of a Building Permit. This documentation is developed following:
  • Completion of the Architectural Concept (Sketch Design);
  • Approval of the Site Planning Project and the Land Partitioning Project;
  • Issuance of the Land Development Plan. The application for approval can be submitted by the Developer or the Technical Customer.

AGR (Moscow): Preparation of materials in compliance with the current requirements of the Moscow Department of Urban Planning Policy (DGP) for review by the Architectural Commission:
  • Design Album: Formatted strictly according to official templates.
  • Low-Poly 3D Model (LPM): For city-scale urban simulation.
  • High-Poly 3D Model (HPM): For detailed architectural review.
  • Digital Information Model: Provided in IFC format (BIM).
  • Physical Scale Model: (If required).
  • Representation & Support: Professional representation during Architectural Commission sessions.

AGO (St. Petersburg or AGK in certain regions):
Preparation of materials in compliance with the requirements of the Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture (KGA) of St. Petersburg or regional administrations:
  • Technical Design Album: Including both narrative (text) and graphical components.
  • Consultation Support: Supporting the Client during personal meetings with the Chief Architect of St. Petersburg regarding the project's architectural identity.
  • Physical Scale Model: (If required).
  • Material Selection: Selection and justification of facade materials, including those outside the recommended "Traditional Colors of St. Petersburg" (NCS) list.
