Description:
The project of a country house in a modern style with a pronounced - individual architectural and planning solution, adapted to the needs of the owners and the characteristics of the site with a difference in relief and a panoramic view. The single-storey compositional solution allows you to obtain the dominance of the horizontal line over the vertical and elegantly "embrace" the L-shaped perimeter of the house - a cozy patio oriented to the panoramic views of forests and rivers. The orientation of the house on the site protects the courtyard space from the noise of the road and the view of the neighboring site, the second floor is an auxiliary planning element and a compositional accent from the street side, also providing access to the exploited roof. The exploited roof increases the usable area of the site and increases the species characteristics available to residents. The aesthetics of the building is perceived as modern with emphasis due to plaster - horizontal white lines and filling of the walls between the windows with burnt larch wood of a "cognac" shade. But at the same time, the building has historical references to the work of the architects of modernism of the early 20th century, such as: Walter Gropius and Le Corbusier and their principles of volumetric-spatial thinking, which, taking into account the development of materials and technologies, become relevant as never before and is in demand among society. The combination of pitched and flat roofs, hidden gutters, cantilever sheds, free interior layout without load-bearing walls in the middle of the premises, zoning of premises and maximum disclosure of panoramic views from the windows - each of these details testifies to the thoughtfulness of the functional component. The aesthetics of the building live in harmony with the function, being a single whole, without falseness and decoration.
